Yet they continue to push forward, further depleting themselves, and can sometimes carry the heavy burden of resentment and guilt.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
I am here to offer my services coming from a place as a health practitioner, as a healer, as a mother, and as a person who just wants to make the world a little brighter for everyone I meet.
It wasn’t until I conquered my own experience with a challenging labour, birth, and postnatal journey, that it was obvious this is where I’m meant to be – helping struggling women to find total wellness, in body and mind.
I’m also “That Sleep Girl,” because I know that every aspect of your health and wellness can be affected by poor sleep. I have the passion and the skills to help you reach deep levels of relaxation and quality sleep, so that you can recover, restore, and reignite your dynamic self.
I provide each treatment by looking through a holistic lens. What this means is, In addition to all of the structures and systems that make up the physical body, I pay special attention to all aspects of life, such as mental and emotional health, nutrition, and daily habits.
While I have special interests in postnatal and women’s health, my experience is broad and also includes men’s health, geriatrics, digestion, sleep, and injury/pain management.
I have a background in Western bio-medicine, psychology, and traditional Chinese medicine, so I am able to look at your concerns through multiple lenses. Ultimately, your health and well-being are my priority.
I have led Qi Gong sessions at Clayton Aquatics Centre in the past, and co-run the Menomorphosis (menopause) workshops in the greater Melbourne area.
I believe that we are stronger than we give ourselves credit for, and that when we open our hearts to all that is possible, incredible things are bound to happen.
